We welcome all renters even if you’re new to RV rental! If not getting the camper delivered, you’ll be responsible for hitching and unhitching the trailer, docking and hooking waste hoses and water supplies, operating slides, and awnings, etc. If you are not familiar with these tasks please let us know ahead of time. We can provide a tutorial on how to operate all aspects of the camper upon pick up!Additional Info:
- Typical pick-up times are between 12-3pm. Drop-off no later than 4pm.
- Dogs are welcome on a case-by-case situation and must be approved. (Max 2) No cats please, due to family allergies.
- No smoking or vaping inside the trailer.
- Black and grey tanks must be emptied before return. If you forget to empty the tanks or choose for us to do so there will be a fee. (see add on section)
- We ask our renters to treat Winnie as your own and please leave her in the condition you got her in so we can keep renting to our lovely guests!
- If you have any special requests, need a different pick-up/drop-off time, have a further delivery address; please just ask us! We will try to do whatever we can to accommodate our guest and ensure you are 100% happy :)What's includedFULLY STOCKED WITH:
Fresh linens, pillows, coffee pot (including, coffee grounds and cups), toilet paper, small cook set, kitchen utensils, dishware, lightweight camping chairs, outdoor folding table, waste and water hoses, cable connection port and cord.YOU BRING:
Towels, trash bags, extra disposable plates, cups and utensils, paper towels, blankets, other personal items, etc. Other things to noteTOWING INFO:
Dry weight of the trailer is 3,660lbs. A trailer hitch mount with a 2-5/16 ball is needed. We do not provide a tow hitch so please bring yours or select the add on option.

5Therese and Jay’s Micro Minnie was perfect for our family camping trip to Garner State Park. Their communication was excellent and they thoroughly explained everything and ensured we were comfortable before taking off. We would definitely rent from them again!

5The RV was everything we expected it to be, plus more. It worked perfect for our family of 5 for a week across central and west Texas. Therese did an amazing job of making sure we knew how to operate everything on the RV before our trip and was quick to respond during the trip when i couldn’t quite remember something. Highly recommend!

5This is the second time we’ve rented from Therese and Jay. They are great to rent from. The camper is clean, had nice touches, and fit our family perfectly. I would definitely rent from them again.

5Therese and Jay's camper was perfect for our purposes and made a great suite for my family on our annual dove hunting trip. Therese's rundown during pickup and flexibility on timing was very helpful. They also provided a loaner trailer hitch that was more suitable for towing based on the height of my truck and their camper. All in all, highly recommend this rental for a comfortable towing and camping experience.
