Hi! I have a Jayco travel trailer I’m renting out in like new condition. Great for a couple with pets or friends. No tv’s installed yet but soon. Has a premium multimedia sound system with player inputs and bluetooth connectivity. Speakers on inside and outside and can be played on each or both with a push of a button. Has gauges to keep track of all water tanks. Electric and gas water heater. LP range and oven. Outdoor LP quick connect for your grill. Power awning with LED lights. Uses an electric jack and has stability hitch assembly that may need adjustments depending on vehicle height and towing capacity if used. Includes trailer brakes witch require a vehicle with a trailer brake controller. Does not include a generator, but maybe soon. Have city water filter, all hoses and electrical hookups. Please be courteous keep clean as best you can.
