Bob was very nice to work with and answered all of our questions. The camper was clean and reliable.

Bob was easy to deal with at the beginning but when we returned the RV he was no where to be found. I sent a message through outdoorsy at 8 letting him know we would be there by 10:30. I called outdorsey customer support. The camper was filthy on the inside when we picked it up. Crumbs on the table the fridge had black mold growth. We told Bob we would just clean it because we wanted to get on the road. The gray water tank had not been emptied. Clearly it was not inspected after the last use. We left the camper with everything washed down, a fresh box of baking soda in the refrigerator and freezer, and swept.

Bob is very friendly and helpful! They worked with me when I needed help and went over everything. Very accommodating. RV is great for a family trips and vacations.
