Ready-to-go Camper that will fit your whole family! This Jayco Camper Trailer is made to sleep 6-8 with the full size bunk beds, memory foam queen bed that makes you feel right at home, a couch that lays down into a full and table that lays out to make a bed. The exterior awning works well to block that afternoon sun. We have pots and pans that stay with the camper as well as some cooking utensils and bowls. You'll just need to bring your food, towels, and eating utensils/ paper products.
Take some time to grab the family and get away to enjoy what nature has to offer. Or just head out with you and your dog for a nice quiet weekend outdoors.What's includedComes with basic essentials: cooking utensils, silverware, plates, drink cups, stove, pot, a couple of pans, 2 camping chairs and blankets. The toilet will be ready to go and there will be a supply of toilet paper. Other things to noteAdditional Items & Rules
You MUST use the included Surge Protector. Failure to do so means you accept full responsibility for any damages caused by electrical faults.You MUST use the included water pressure regulator. Failure to do so means you accept full responsibility for any damage caused by high water pressure.You MUST empty the black sewage and gray waste water tanks before returning the trailer. Failure to do so will result in an additional $75 fee.Avoid cooking foods with a strong smell in the trailer. In addition, no cleaning of fish inside the trailer. Whenever the stove top is used, you will turn on the hood vent fan over stove.
Do not use the awning UNLESS you are around the RV. If you leave the RV proximity for any reason, put the awning away. Failure to do so may lead to damage. In high winds, put the awning away as you will be responsible for any damages.While GPS driving directions are of great assistance, you know that they may not always be accurate. You have been advised that you will be responsible for any recovery charges if you drive the RV somewhere that you cannot get it out from.There is no smoking (including vaping) allowed in the trailer and any evidence found of such will result in forfeiting the entire deposit to have the interior professionally detailed.No Refunds for Early Returns: You have been advised that there is no refund for early returns. You have also been advised that Outdoorsy does offer trip protection insurance.

We didn’t get to go and use this beautiful trailer, but I am writing this review about the owners. Gary and Kaycee were amazing to work with and gave us a full refund when our dates didn’t work out due to my medical appointment at the U of U clashed with the dates we needed and wanted to go. However, the Reeds were kind and understanding and I defiantly, will eventually rent this trailer from them. I’m hoping for mid September after the summer rush and kids go back to school. Thank you to the Reeds. They are wonderful people, and treated me with the utmost respect. I’m posting this review so you know the kind of people that they are. For this booking with my experience with them I can easily recommend them to anyone looking for a get away, they are top notch people and were very, kind and easy to work with. Go out and enjoy yourself. I’m sure you’ll not regret the time that you’re enjoying using this beauty of a trailer. Just look at the photos, book it and go have fun.

Gary was very accommodating and clear with his communication. Even when we had trouble getting the propane working, he offered the right tip that solved the problem. The only issue we had was the water in the shower smelled awful.
