40 foot 5th wheel trailer with 2 slide outs. 3 bunks and a fold out couch. Outside shower, A/C, full shower inside. Kitchen island with deep sink. Am willing to tow trailer to RV camp of your choice and hook up trailer. Will provide walk through on trailer before you use it. Generator is NOT provided nor available with camper. It is recommended to reserve a spot at a RV park that has full hook-ups this way you will have power, water, and sewer.What's includedCamping chairs, clean beds, corn hole game, kitchen has full stock of utensils, pots and pans, knives, etc.RecommendationsReserve a slot at a RV park and I will bring the trailer and set it up for you, recommend a pull through slot as this is a long trailer and it is difficult to back into the smaller slots at lots. I will have trailer dumped before use, and perform dump of tanks when I pick it up. Only thing you need to provide is food and drinks, trailer is ready to go.Other things to notePlease, this is a nonsmoking unit. Pets are not allowed due to allergies. Please clean up after yourself to avoid cleaning fee. Report any damage immediately so I can schedule repairs. Major damage to unit will be paid for by renter. I alone will transport the unit. Please do not ask I you can tow it yourself.

- Prep fee: $239.75. Unit cleaned between each trip, beds washed, dishes sanitized, counters and bathroom sanitized. All tanks dumped and ready for use. Necessary preventative maintenance performed.
