This 22ft Viking travel trailer is perfect for any get-away trip. Our travel trailer can sleep up to 4 people comfortably. Offers a queen size murphy bed and a full size double bunks, when you store the bed it has a living room with a smart TV, you have a kitchen, bathroom with shower, another shower outside, it also has a gas grill outside with a refrigerator for when you want to spend the day time outside. -Please do not flush paper of any kind( including toilet paper, paper towel, feminine product, etc)
- In sandy areas, please rinse the sand outside first to prevent shower plumbing from clogging.
- Retract awning if windy conditions are expected.
-Crawling onto the roof is strictly prohibited.
- Please return the camper clean, 100% ready for the next camper. If travel trailer is returned dirty and/or the tanks are not dumped (and black tank not flushed), and dump fees and/or cleaning fees have not been prepaid then the dump and/or cleaning fee will be charged to your security deposit.
- Please call me if any mechanical errors arise, especially regarding awning or a/c.
- Any damage or missing item will be charged from the security deposit.

- Security deposit: $690.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: $131.10. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. Also refill propane gas, dish soap, hand soap and toilet paper.

Fabulous experience with Gabriel and his trailer. He was so helpful and flexible. I would definitely rent this RV again. Super clean and well laid out.
