Has Queen bed and dinette area that folds down into a full size sleeping area. Roof AC, furnace, electric slide out, stove top, oven, refrigerator, freezer, Radio, CD Player, BluRay/DVD player, TV with over air roof antenna, internal and external speakers, full size shower and bathroom sink, charging stations and electric awning. Easily hooks up to external power source, city water or cable TV. Wifi extender, microwave and ample storage space. Comes with some utensils and pans. 5000 lbs, tows easy with sway bars and torsion axles included. Message for further details or questions. Pet friendly but will have a $35 pet fee per rental period. No refunds due to weather.What's includeddish towels, camping chairs and some utensils. Other things to notePlease make sure that your vehicle can tow a 5-6000 pound trailer before you rent. Your tow vehicle must also have a 2 5/16" ball or a 2" receiver to accept the hitch that I provide.

RV camping is a brand new experience for us and Damon was incredibly patient, helpful and accommodating. The whole process was much easier than expected and he educated us so we weren't intimidated. Camper was in good condition with lots of provided amenities - was easy to setup and use.

First of all, Damon is so easy to communicate with and very friendly and reassuring. This was our first time with a trailer and he was awesome with the tips and explanations! So great! Second, everything worked! As someone who has rented things before it’s just so nice to have everything he said about the trailer be 100% accurate. This trailer was so perfect for us and it is so much roomier than you think it will be. It was immaculate and the AC worked like an icy dream!! The only negative I can say is that I am afraid it will be booked the next time we want to rent it because it is THAT awesome!! If you are nervous or worried this is the place to start!! 🌎 Get out and see the world in this trailer!

I am flexible with pick up and return times. Please ask for your specific needs and I will do my best to accommodate.
Q.Are sheets, blankets, pillows and towels included in the rental fee?

No but they can be included for a small fee.
Q.Can you deliver/pickup/setup the camper if needed?
A.
I do deliver, set up and pick up for a fee depending on distance to site. I have set charges for delivery to Smithville Lake and Watkins Mill State Park.
Q.Can I take a tour prior to renting your camper?
A.
I am happy to give a walk through tour of our camper to any prospective renters.
