This 2009 bunk house is a pet freindly lovely trailer is weighta about 3300 dry and about 5000 fully loaded. It has a new bluetooh lithium battery in it. And new tires and smart tv and memory foam bed .Comes stock with everything you need linen and dishes and cutlery. Requires a class 4 to towing hitch to tow it. Towing experience is a must. If you want to add generators or fire propane pit or even portable power back those all can be added on for additional charges.. delivery can also be a option for additional charges as well. If you have any question plz feel free to ask me. Plz keep animals off the furniture for future consideration of other people who uses this unit. No smoking or weed products are not allowed Inside the unit as well. I don't charge a pet fee so let's keep that good thing going. This has a full size fridge and 3 burner stoves and microwave. I also provide all the hitch and set up . Also this year we added paddle boards to rentAlso I give discount for services members and first respondersWhat's includedFresh linens
