*NO PETS - Specific older under 2019 units allowed smaller dog only in crates, with $75-100 Pet Fee (NO CATS $500 min damage Fee)
*NO AWNING USE* without additional deposit. Must abide by awning use rules with extra $500 Awning Damage Deposit and AD-ON fee to accept use regulations. Will forfeit damage deposit with unauthorized awning use.
MUST PUT AWNING AWAY WHEN WINDY. HEAVY RAIN, AT NIGHT AND IF AWAY FROM UNIT.
*Clean wipe fees are minimal fee for wipe check through, any dirty unit is $75/hr. non cleaned fridge & toilet is billed $50
