2012 Forest River Coachmen
Well-maintained coach with 6 new tires, super slide. One night overnight stay included at my residence for rentals of 7-nights or more. Note: $50 extra fee for dog cleaning (max two dogs; no cats). This coach has been to CA, OR, WA, NV, UT, AZ, NM, WY, CO, MT. Where will you take it? Please Note: This RV is not weatherized for freezing weather so is not permitted to be taken to locales where there is a chance of pipes or tanks freezing. What's includedfull bath with shower, A/C, furnace, super slide-out, awning, stereo speakers, TV w/ DVD player, microwave oven. Sleeps 6. Eight seatbelts so officially rated for 8 people. Note: no linens, towels or kitchen utensils are provided. Please note additional pet cleaning fee of $50.00RecommendationsHead on up to Humboldt County, Gold Rush Country, The Delta, Tahoe, Lassen, West Marin, Sonoma, Napa, Mendocino. - I keep my rig clean for your use and expect it returned generally as you found it (broom clean, no loose trash). I will charge $50/hr on top of the cleaning fee to bring it to this level.
- Black and Gray tanks must be emptied prior to return (or we are happy to empty your tanks on your behalf for a $50 charge). Please let me know if tanks need emptying when you return
- No bikes, motorcycles, canoes, kayaks or similar inside the rig or on the roof
- No climbing on roof
- No towing of any cars, trailers, boats, etc. If you are interested in towing, please contact me at least 3 days prior to departure. I may be willing to permit, but it will require a higher rental rate for wear and tear on the RV.
- No smoking inside RV.

We nicknamed the Coachman to "Reba" - Reba worked great - was spacious enough for our family of 4, was able to make the trip through 5 different states, and kept up with 2 sprinters and a 2021 Mercedes RV. While the interior is not the newest, it was comfortable and worked as advertised. Dan was also very helpful and provided assistance along the way as needed.

We had a great time doing our first RV trip! Our family of four fit comfortably and the RV was very clean and well maintained. Dan was exceptional—helpful about the rig, flexible re timing and our schedule, responsive to texts and questions and just generally easygoing and friendly. Definitely recommend!
