The naming of our camper is in no way taking Dementia lightly. I lost my father to this horrible disease when he was only 69 and I was battling breast cancer. PET Friendly!!’With appropriate vehicle YOU can tow! We also deliver! We do not charge a per-mile delivery and most deliveries are $150. Our 2021 Forest River Salem FSX 210rt comes fully stocked with linens, towels and washcloths, hand soap, paper products, extra blankets, cookware, dishes, utensils, dishwashing liquid and even extra trash bags. Bring yourself, your groceries, your clothes and toiletries and enjoy your home away from home! The bedroom has a residential queen sized bed (it is a tight squeeze, however we enjoy the extra leg room)and an actual door vs. curtains. The delivery charge also includes set up. Your children and pets will be begging to camp more often!The couches make a bed, which is actually quite comfortable. Although technically it sleeps 4, if your children are small, it’ll definitely sleep more. The toy hauler portion is big enough for dirt bikes, golf cart, 4 wheelers and some sxs. Switch sleeping arrangements with the kids and enjoy the patio until the wee hours of the night without fear of waking the littles. No fee for dumping the tanks!! Please note, you are responsible for securing and paying for your campsite rental. We’re grandparents of 4 boys ranging in age from almost 10 year old twins to an infant. The infant lives a few hours away which was the initial reason for purchasing this particular camper. Unfortunately for us, but to your advantage, we couldn’t find long term availability, so now we just crash in the baby’s room. We also specifically wanted a toy-hauler for the porch function and our little Shih Tzus. Finding accommodations for them with trustworthy individuals is sometimes difficult. Both of mine are small with one only weighing 4.5 lbs. They are spoiled just a bit, but are not allowed in the bedroom. I’m also a bit of a clean freak, so this is another reason I wanted to purchase another camper (we lived in our previous one in 2022 while completing our home and I said I’d never have another).
