2016 Flagstaff Micro Lite
This little camper is easy to tow and has just the right amount of room for 2 adults and two kids! The bunk above the dinette is perfect for little ones, and the dinette itself also transforms into a bed. The queen sized main bed in this RV folds up to save room when not in use, and a couch transforms where the bed once was. A stove with oven, sink, and microwave round out the kitchen. A gas grill designed to attach under the awning outside is also included, if you'd like to grill. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo along with a sink and toilet. Gas heat, air conditioning, a water heater, an outdoor shower, TV/DVD combo (with boosted TV antenna), an iRV stereo, and an electric awning round out the features of this little loaded RV. We also have a Generac generator available for those who would like to boondock. We are in Sevier county, the heart of the Smoky Mountains, so you don't have to tow far to find some of the best camping and fun filled places in the south!Setup and delivery is only available in the evenings (7PM or later) and weekends. If you would like to tow, please let me know what your tow vehicle is, what towing features it has, and what your towing experience is. This means you will also need to include the dumping fee if you are do not have full hookups and are unable to dump the RV yourself. Delivery to Dumplin Valley RV park is free! The stairs have recently been upgraded to Solid Steps and the RV has also been equipped with electronic locks on the door for easy in and out access! What's includedDelivery and pickup is available with a 60 mile radius if needed. Silverware, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots and pans, and plates and bowls are already in the RV, ready to use! Propane will also be provided for the stove, grill, and heat if needed, as will paper towels and toilet paper.RecommendationsYou have many options in this area for some wonderful camping. Greenbrier Campground in Gatlinburg is a wonderful spot less than an hour away. Smoky Bear Campground is also great and offers full hookups. If you're feeling a little bit adventurous, the campgrounds within the Great Smoky National Park offer wonderful settings and many outdoor adventures, but keep in mind they do not offer any hookups. Prefilling your water tank (we can do that for you, if you'd like!) and taking a generator will allow you to use all of the features of the RV in these places.Other things to notePlease be sure that all plates, bowls, cookware, utensils, and silverware have been washed and placed back into their traveling places (along with separation mats between them). The black tank should be emptied and flushed until clear at the dumping station. The gray tank should be dumped after the black. Pets are welcome in our RV, but please clean up after them (fur and otherwise). No smoking is allowed inside the RV. Please do not take the RV to festivals. Please make sure the shower, toilet, sinks, and floors are clean before returning.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
I work from home and am usually available for picking up and dropping off, even during the week. However, I will need to make sure we schedule the time you'll be arriving or returning so I can make sure my calendar is clear.
Q.Can I tow this RV myself?
A.
There are a few things we'll need to make sure of for you to tow yourself. You will need a tow vehicle that is capable of handling the tongue weight (400lbs this counts against your vehicle's max payload) and trailer weight (3300 lbs roughly). You will also be required to have a brake controller and 7-pin connection on your tow vehicle. Lastly, you need experience towing. If you have not towed before, please let us deliver the RV for you. It includes full setup!
Q.What is included with the RV rental?
A.
My RV includes the following items:
- Bowls, plates, pots, and pans (you may want to bring paper plates for convenience)
- Basic utensils and cutlery (steak knives, forks, spoons, butter knives, spatula, tongs)
- Paper towels and toilet paper
- An electric heater for winter camping with electrical hookups.
- Propane and extra propane for the stove, grill, oven, and water heater.
- Dish soap and sponge.
- Small outdoor grill that attaches to the side of the RV and uses the RV's propane.
Q.What do I need to bring with me?
A.
My RV includes most of what you need, which is found in the question "What all comes with this RV rental?" What you will want to bring with you is listed just below:
- Sheets, blankets, and pillows.
- Shower items (shampoo, soap, towels, washcloths, etc.)
- Food and drinks.
- Cups (plastic or Yeti, whatever you prefer!)
