This camper is very well built so it stays pretty warm in the winter and cool in the summer. What's includedCome with fresh sheets and towels, some chairs, rv toilet paper, coffee maker, silverware, a few dishes and pots and pans, trash bags dish soap and cleaners. Also comes with a outdoor barbecue. Willing to provide other essentials if requested.

Justin was great to rent from and would definitely rent from him again! He delivered and set it up at a private RV site for us, we didn't have to do anything when we arrived. His trailer was in great shape, clean and the bed was comfortable. Highly recommend.
