The rv was as shown on the app. It was nice having 2 bathrooms. The delivery was a little late but it didn't affect our trip. They worked with our rv rental location. It was a great trip to COTA. We will use this service again.

The delivery was easy. We thought. Then we realized the plumbing & water heater were not quite right. They came out promptly the next morning to unplug the toilet & turn on the water heater. Very nice people. After wondering why the awful smell wouldn't go away we realized the bathroom had been SERIOUSLY FLOODED. Toilet paper in the shower tracks & human feces in the floor vent. Again very nice people came out to clean the bathroom. The problem was, because we had a short trip, the interuptions were a REAL ISSUE.
