DO NOT reverse with weight distribution hitch bars engaged: Reversing with the bars engaged can severely damage the camper's frame, potentially totaling it. We will make sure to show you how to disengage the bars upon pickup, it is easy to do!
No Smoking: Smoking inside is strictly prohibited to keep the space clean and odor-free.
No Off-Roading: Only use paved or well-maintained roads to prevent damage.
No Overloading: Stick to the camper’s weight and occupancy limits.
No Unapproved Modifications: Avoid altering or installing anything inside the camper.
Secure the Generator: If you rented the generator, always keep it chained and locked to the camper frame to prevent theft. You are responsible if it’s stolen.
Clean Before Return: Return the camper in the same condition as you received it, with surfaces wiped down, floors swept, and trash removed.
Treat It Like Your Own: Please take care of the camper to ensure it remains in great condition for future guests.
