We love the openness of this camper, let the light and fresh air in! Sleeps up to 6 people : 1 private queen bed with curtain to close off sleeping area, including overhead storage cabinets, reading lights, power outlets.
2 queen beds- one is bunk style- other is the convertible sofas that have folding arm rests with cup holders when used as sofas. Full kitchen with gas stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator and double sink. Bathroom includes a shower -which has a high ceiling -my husband is 6'2 and fits no problem. Enjoy the power awning on the side of the camper with led lights and outdoor speakers that blue tooth from the stereo. Or use the back patio that has a retractable screen wall to keep bugs out, outdoor lights and stairs for easy exiting off patio. Need more sleeping room you could put a tent on the patio also! Has an outdoor shower, we love this feature to remove beach sand, wash pets and even to save on filling the holding tanks inside the camper. Vacation ready! Fully loaded with what you need for your next trip. We fully clean and disinfected prior to each trip. Book now and to get your adventure on!
At this time we are not allowing ride in vehicles (motor bikes, snowmobiles, atv's ect) in the toy hauler as we do not have floor protection, you may only use for camping purposes only. It has a swimming beach for the kids, walking and bike paths, fishing and other activities. The grounds are grassy and spaced out nicely. There are free showers/bathroom facilities and full or partial hook ups on most campsites and a dump area for when you leave the park. The only downfall is no pets are allowed in the camp ground. Nice fire pits also.
I recommend having a campsite booked that has full-hook ups if you're staying longer than a few days. It is nice to have water, electricity, and sewer all hooked up.Other things to noteOther things to note:
All drivers must be verified drivers.
Violators risk forfeiting their entire security deposit.
-Minimum renter age of 20
-No smoking ,vaping or drug use. Any evidence will result in an automatic loss of deposit.
-Original propane tanks must be returned with the camper.

While we know your pet is family, this is a new camper and we want to keep it as nice as possible for our renters for as long as possible. We ask that you do not allow them in the beds or on the couches.

-Upon rental, we will finalize pick-up and drop-off times. At pick-up or delivery, we will complete a walk-thru to help familiarize you with the trailer, sign the rental agreement, and help hook-up the trailer to your vehicle or set-up camp. The camper does have a camera system but it sometimes does not sync, so no promises it will work .
Upon return, Please clean camper before returning, remove all trash and personal items. A cleaning fee maybe assessed if returned and extra than normal cleaning is due. Put all towels in the shower stall. We will complete a final walk-thru together. This process takes a bit of time, so please plan ahead when arranging pick-up and drop-off. Please allow up to 90 minutes especially if you are new to camper use.
