Several issues. Bathroom door leading to the master was broken off the hinge which disrupted everyone’s privacy. I tried to have one of the guys In our camp do a temporarily fix but the door couldn’t be touched after that or it would fall off the hinge again. There was a dirty toothbrush leftover from the previous renters? on the bathroom floor between the sink and toilet. Before the trip I called ahead to make sure all of the hookups would be set up since we paid extra to have the unit delivered to our park. Our park has full hookups. I was under the impression that everything in the trailer would be utilized and taken care of especially since I called and voiced my concerns. Unfortunately, our last night there was completely disrupted. The toilets weren’t flushing completely and the tub was full of dirty backup water. No one could shower. I am aware the sign posted in the trailer reads “sewer not connected.” Why would you rent units, especially newer one’s when your not utilizing all of the trailer amenities? That kind of decision is risky and leads to sewage issues which is unsanitary. The freezer worked but we had to end up throwing out most of our refrigerated food. Unfortunately, the refrigerator never reached a safe temperature of coldness. It was a consistent luke-cool/warm temperature and everyone agreed that avoiding the risk of food poisoning was worth more than the money we paid for the groceries. There was also an electrical outlet that arbitrarily fell out of the wall when we attempted to plug in a fan for additional air circulation in the back room. Although our trip was somewhat disrupted and there were safety and cleanliness issues, I’m hoping some of our rental costs can be recouped. For the amount we paid for a brief family getaway and with cleanliness at an all time high, it just seemed that the trailer was not sanitized and ready to go as promised. It was just very disappointing.
