Light weight (4500 pounds) towable with most small trucks and SUVs. Sleeps 7 with a queen bed in front, two full bunk beds in back, and the dinette turns into a comfortable sleeping area. Equipped with a lithium battery, 630 watts of solar, 3000 watt inverter to run all your 110 volt accessories while you don't have access to hookups. This trailer is equipped with a bright outdoor LED strip, a 60 gallon fresh water tank, and a 30 pound propane bottle to provide gas for the water heater to give you hot water and keep the built in heater working so the trailer is toasty during the cold months. Included for use are all bed linens, cutlery, cups, mugs, plates, bowls, pots, pans. Awning IS NOT Available FOR USE DUE TO Consistantly Being Damaged! This RV is amazing for a weekend beach trip, lake getaway or spend some time in the in the the forest for an affordable cost! Portable generator and weight distribution hitch included for use with rental. Renter must fill up generator or there will be a $30 fill up charge no matter how much fuel was used.Going to the desert and don't have a toy or have friends that want to go riding but they don't have a side by side? Ask about my Razr XP4 1000 rentals!Want some Loud music outside, add the Bluetooth recharge JBL PartyBox110 to have portable music at your campground! Check out the add on for $25 a trip!Want to make stabalizing easier? Impact wrench for bringing down and putting up the manual stabilizer jacks available as an add on for $20 a trip.I can't seem to stress on this enough. I am flexible with pickup and drop off times, but please when making a time to pick up and drop off you Commit to picking up and dropping off on those times. I do not live at my storage unit, and it's not cool that I come to meet people for pickup and drop off and they are late and I am stuck waiting around. I do have a life outside of this business, so please be respectful.If the unit is excessively dirty (dirty dishes, dishes in the sink, trash left, floors, counters, microwave, refrigerator, sink, toilet, bathtub, ect) there will be an additional $75 cleaning fee. I've tried to let things go, but people seem to think it's ok to leave the unit a huge mess. Other things to noteNo roof access, no smoking

David is a great host. It was our first time camping in a trailer and he made everything very easy for us. Communication was excellent. The beds in the trailer are super comfy and spacious. Having a large. fridge helped us so much. We had a great time.
