5Open road RV was Awesome. The RV was great and Donna was tremendous to deal with. Have been renting RV's around the country for 35 years and Open Road RV was by far the easiest and most accommodating I've ever dealt with. Highly recommended!!

0.5The R.V we reserved way in advance was suddenly unavailable one week before our trip. There were 2 other options, one of which was already reserved for part of our reserved time. The couple running the place were unprofessional. They were ill prepared when we arrived at our appointed time and not even there when we dropped it off.....at our appointed time. We found old food beneath the blankets and in the console. There were dangerous electrical shorts that they didn't even care to discuss when we got back. The seals were shot on the slide out. Costs were not straight forward. "Free" miles were not free.
