Hello Welcome to my RV!This 2023 19 ft RV Easily accommodates Four adults or Two adults and Two children comfortably. It is very exciting to be able to share our RV so others can enjoy it as much as we have. We have had some great trips with our family and hope you can too! this is a pet friendly listing please one furry friend only.
What's includedItems that are included in the rental without an upcharge are the following:Queen size bed. Includes linens and pillows.
Kitchen with service for 4. Includes plates, bowls, cups, silverware, cooking utensils plus one small saucepan and fry pan. Keurig coffee maker with coffee.
this RV comes with a Fireplace that can be used for heat as well as just mood lighting and is a great centerpiece under the sink.
32" Roku TV, DVD player and a good variety of movies for those rainy days!
The RV also has some card games, board games.
portable Bluetooth speaker to use while outside enjoying a campfire or just relaxing listening to music.Outdoor living space includes:

out door rug, two folding chairsPlease Note: Propane is provided and billed upon usage at $10.00 per quarter tank (first 1/4 tank is included in rental at no charge).Recommendationsthere are a ton of Florida state parks and many close by camp grounds including Fort Desoto Park. this is very close to St. Pete Beach and offers boating, hiking, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, bicycling, nature trails, historical fort, doggy beach, shelling, birding, camping, and swimming. Boondocking on The Skyway Bridge Fishing Piers are awesome too! These are just a few of the local places we frequent.Other things to notePets are allowed with a Fee but only one pet during your stay. If the owner is not notified of pet during your stay there will be additional cleaning charges deducted from the deposit.There is no smoking in the RV, Smoking in unit will result in $250 cleaning fee.If the renter is locked out of RV, Lock out services (If you lock yourself out and need assistance) will be $50 fee.Please return RV in the condition it was given, remove all trash from camper, and food from refrigerator. Failure to do any of the above mentioned will result in a fee or loss of deposit.
