2022 Keystone RV Sprinter

We had such an awesome experience with this Rav hosted by Cassi. We met here on the spot to pickup the keys, and she was so pleasant to host us. Upon arrival, she gave us a wonderful tour of the RV and how everything works. The RV itself is in excellent condition, and everything including both toilets were working perfectly. The AC was nice and cold when we needed it as well. This was an absolute perfect stay in this RV, and our kids enjoyed having the bunk room to themselves. I highly recommend this RV and you’ll be in good hands with Cassi as the host. Thanks again for providing us with your wonderful RV. We cannot wait to book again.

Very challenging to communicate with owner via Outdoorsy App. Allow 24 hours turnaround time. Texting worked better. Upon delivery was told the toilet is broken and owner offered no discount for such. The RV was not leveled properly tilting slightly to the left. The doors were very hard to open and close entering and exiting the RV I extended the awning and it collapsed. The owner suggested somehow this could be my fault that I extended it too quickly. There is no button to change speeds on extend or retract though. To me it looked like the fabric was never installed properly but that’s not my area of expertise Overarchingly I think the owner viewed renting their RV as a privilege and not with customer service in mind. Never apologizing for broken awning which was a danger to my kids or broken toilet upon delivery. Would not rent from again.

We had a fantastic experience and I would recommend Cassi and her crew to anyone looking to rent a beautiful RV. The RV was fully loaded with all the necessary items for our 8 day adventure including a Blackstone Grill, tables, games, kitchen essentials and zero gravity lounge chairs. Cassi arrived on time and had everything setup and ready for us upon our arrival. She gave me a quick rundown on how to operate everything and was quick to respond to all my questions during the trip. The return process was quick and easy as well. Overall we were extremely happy with the entire experience and definitely rent from her again.

The camper was very nice, new and clean. The host was friendly and helpful. All things we needed like linens, soap, sponge, and more were included. Would definitely rent this camper again

We had a host cancel on us at the last minute and Cassi responded fast in helping us fulfilling our vacation plans. The RV was perfect for my family. The RV was completely furnished with bed linens to cooking ware. Thank you again Cassi for making our vacation perfect.
