It's size is not as intimidating like other travel trailers I've pulled. Tows well behind a 6 cylinder pick up truck up hill with no problem. Plenty of storage throughout, took it in the middle summer and winter. And it's very contained. The awning motors & fabric was replaced October 2024 What's included• Portable table with chairs, camping chairs, Portable grill and stove with propane for outside cooking, sleeping bags for 2 adults and 3 kids, some blankets, water filter with hose for fresh water, Other things to notePlease please No smoking in my little homee.
