Fiona is just the right size for comfortable travel and on-the-road-living; not too big and not too small. The rear queen BR offers privacy and comfort for mom and dad with the kids in the forward overhead twin beds. The slide-out dinette also coverts to sleep two. The thermostatically control heat and AC adapts to any weather condition. The galley is fully equipped with microwave and convection ovens, 3-burner stove and double sink. A large powered awing allows for out door dining and gaming even on rainy days. Fiona is sure to provide you the RV experience to remember. And she has a trailer hitch for light towing such as a boat.What's includedAll water and sewer hoses, 30 amp cords and converters, leveling ramps, camping table and chairs, bedding, towels, cookware and utensils, dinnerware, glassware, silverware--Just bring your clothes, toys and food. 1. Treat her like you own her and we'll all be happy. In other words, you wouldn't take her bouncing off-road or fording rivers if she was yours, so please don't do it even though she's a rental. NO OFF-ROADING!
2. Fiona is a lady and does not tolerate any smoking, vaping or drug use inside. I'm real serious about that. If she comes back smelling of any kind of smoke your entire security deposit will be retained to pay for professional cleaning.
3. We love pets and allow them on an individual basis. If Fiona comes back full of muddy paw prints, lots of shed hair everywhere or any evidence of vomit, pee or poop, your entire security deposit could be retained to pay for professional cleaning. Also, never leave pets--or children, of course-- unattended in the RV.
4. Fiona comes with an EZ-Pass transponder good for tolls in 17 states: DE, FL, IL, IN, KY, ME, MD, MA, NH, NJ, NY, NC, OH, PA, RI, VA and WV. Tolls will be deducted from your security deposit. All tolls and parking fees are the renter's responsibility.
5. Renters are also responsible for any tickets (Please don't speed or park illegally!) or road service or tows not covered by your Outdoorsy insurance--even if I get the bill after the security deposit has been released.. This is all clearly stated in the Rental Agreement, but we don't want anyone to be surprised.
6. f you should need Roadside Assistance call the number provided, and please call or text me to keep me in the loop. We want to be sure you and Fiona are okay.
7.To avoid a possible "messy return fee" of $350, please bring Fiona back in reasonably clean condition.
8. If you are unable or unwilling to dump and flush the holding tanks, $100.00 per tank will be deducted from your security deposit refund.
9. Fiona will be given to you with a full tank of gasoline and propane. Please bring her back with full tanks to avoid a $300.00 re-fueling fee plus the cost of the fuel at current rates.
10. THIS RULE IS THE MOST IMPORTANT ONE! Have fun. Take lots of photos, see the sites, dance , play games, listen to loud music, laugh and build a memory. I'd love to see some of your photos when you return. Call or text me if you have any questions (304-520-6746).

Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
I will teach you how to do all that as part of the key pass when you pick up the RV.
Q.Can we camp with the Rain the cold Winter months?
A.
Rain is no problem. But, even though Fiona is well insulated, her holding tanks are not heated. So, unless you're headed to the deep South, she is available in the Winter months for dry--i.e. no water in or out--only. If you do go to a warmer clime and use water, there will be a $100 re-winterization fee on your return.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
You can pick-up at my location in Lewisburg, WV, or I will deliver within 30 miles for a $500 fee and $4.50 per mile after 30 miles one-way up to a maximum of 90 miles one-way. I can also set-up and take down including dumping the holding tanks for $275.00. Or I can pick you up at your home and bring you back home post rental within 30 miles at no charge. I will also p/u at local airports or train stations at no cost (Lewisburg Greenbrier Regional AP or White Sulphur AMTRAC station).
