We did a complete overhaul on this trailer. Brought it up to todays cabin feel on wheels. Brand new furniture as well as the bed. Linens are included with the main bed as well as towels. Towels are stocked for two unless you tell us you need for four occupants. Also included are some camp chairs, counter top ice maker and an old fashioned percolator along with dishes and cups for four. It has manual jacks, manual awning. The hitch is 2 5/16.What's included• Four Pillows

• Other things to noteIf you don't like to wash as many dishes, please bring along disposable products. We ask that you do not smoke or allow pets inside. 10/10! Loved the camper. So cute and cozy for an older camper. Had everything you could think of to use for a camping trip. Was a perfect size for our family of 4. Great communication as well. Definitely would rent again!
