• The renter is responsible for the reasonable upkeep of the unit while it is in their possession. The grey/black combo should never be kept at full capacity and never drained to empty. Holding tanks require a few gallons of water to be held so that waste does not stick to the surfaces.
• When at a site with full hookups, do not keep the septic open at all times, as stated above a few gallons are required to be held in order to prevent waste sticking.
• When the temperatures are expected to be below freezing, you are expected to ensure no pipes, pumps, or tanks become frozen and damaged. It is best practice to fill the fresh water tank beforehand as outside water supplies may be frozen.
• If you replace/refill a propane tank, be sure to keep the receipts. Each propane tank has a rubber trim ring and sensor on the bottom, if these are missing, the value of these will be deducted from the deposit.
• You are responsible for ensuring you do not go over the maximum capacities of the trailer and of your vehicle.
• All reservation add-ons are subject to the deposit. If the item is lost, stolen or damaged, then the deposit will be deducted the value of the item or repair/replacement of the item, whichever is greater.
