This booking was cancelled upon customer request.
The water holding tank was not fully functional and would need to be dumped after every shower and a half, therefore we were not able to easily use water. The RV took 6+ hours to cool down to a safe temperature for kids. RV should have been set up earlier if it would take that long to cool to a...

I'm sorry you were dissatisfied however your review is factually inaccurate and misleading. All of my response below can be backed up with text message history and more importantly pictures that were taken and shared w/the renter upon pick up. The water holding tank functions fine. You had me park in what looked like the middle of a horse pasture. You had no way to drain the holding tank so yes it did fill up after a shower and a half. As I explained to you via message before I dropped off and to the individual that was there when I dropped off and for the 3rd time when you messaged me about it once you did arrive at the RV the only way to drain the tanks would have been to connect to the drain tank and drain into the pasture. Yes, the RV probably did take a few hours to cool off...the temperature was over 90 that day and I did as good as I could to get the unit under a tree in the pasture. Due to low hanging limbs and a fence I was not able to get it where I wanted but ask the gentlemen who I left it with and they'll tell you we sure tried. It is also important to, we were in the middle of the hottest October on record for middle GA. I showed the individuals how to operate the thermostat (just like your home unit) and made sure it was functioning properly before I left. I set it on 78 (w/fan on high) and explained and showed how to ease it down over time so it would be comfortable when you arrived several hours later. If they did that or not I have no idea as this review is the first you said anything about a/c issues. I have never had any issues with bugs of any kind so I have no idea about ants. This is the first I've heard of this complaint as well and they must've left after I left the pasture because tenants since then have not noticed anything. The cleaning expectations were stated to the individual who I dropped off with since you weren't there and there is a step by step guide left on the table on how to depart the RV to avoid these charges...you did none of this. The black water tank had waste in it that it was not supposed to w/no way to dump. There were dirty dishes (your dishes not mine) left in the sink, which was a first for me. There was food left in the freezer. The floor had not been swept at all and there was microwave popcorn pieces and kernels on the floor under table, side table by bed, in the bed and somehow in the shower drain. There were cheese puffs left on the floor. There was damage to two sets of blinds. Coffee grounds or something similar on the counter and in sink. The microwave looked like a bag of popcorn had exploded w/butter inside it. There was grass tracked all over the inside of the trailer and even in the drawers of fridge. Toe nail clippings were in the back bedroom, carpet under table and by front bed. The cap of the fridge light had been knocked off...I'm sure there may be more but all of the above can be backed up with pictures so again the cleaning issue was big and quite honestly it's the one and only time I've had to charge for "excessive cleaning" to any tenant. I apologize if my sense of "normal" seems excessive but to be honest you left the camper absolutely filthy.
