I DO NOT Allow the RV generator to be run at night while sleeping.
This is too dangerous because of the possibility of carbon monoxide accidentally leaking into the RV.
Minimum night rental is 1 night.
Renters insurance is required from Outdoorsy.
You'll have 3 pkg choices at $79.95 / $139.95 / $159.95 per day.
See https://www.outdoorsy.com/help/outdoorsys-protection-packages for details.
Keurig coffee maker, manual leveling blocks, backup battery starter, spare tire, cooling fan / space heater (in case anything goes wrong with heat / ac), 2 mattress pads (if you prefer softer mattress), and sound bar for tv / playing music.
Reserve a campsite with full RV hookups (city water, 30amp plugin, and sewage connecdtion). This will ensure the most comfortable and relaxing RV experience.
The RV is not designed for dry camping.
Also, will not allow the RV to be taken to high mountainous snowy areas where the roads would be too dangerous to drive in.
Do not drive on steep curves as it can damage the side panels.
Avoid narrow roads (especially where tree branches are ... this can damage the side panels and the awning).
Avoid driving at night in the RV campground where lighting is not good. Increases the chances of running into animals and objects.
If you will be parking the RV next to a house, I provide a converter adapter so you can connect into the house standard 110v plug in. Please make the sure the RV will be parked on level ground. However, you will NOT be able to run the AC from the thermostat (it uses more watts than the house outlet can provide). I do have a space heater that can be used during the cooler months. For warmer months, I don't recommend trying to sleep in the RV next to a house (it'll be too uncomfortable).
If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, please let me know and I will cancel on my end so you get a FULL refund up until the day before your rental. If you cancel thru outdoorsy, you'll be charged a 10% cancellation fee.
Outdoorsy may default your insurance at the $159.95 daily rate, but you can always call them to change to the rate you want ($79.95/$139.95/$159.95). 877-723-7232

Great trip. A good functional RV. A couple of minor leaks that we noticed as we saw a lot of rain, but all in all everything worked great. Than was great to work with.
