Frequently asked questions
Q.
How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Most campgrounds offer at a minimum, electric and water hookups, and either sewage or dump station. Details should be provided on their website. The camper requires a 30 amp connection, and adapters are provided if you need to plug into a 50 amp receptacle. Alternatively, a standard 110v outlet can be connected, but please do not use microwave if so. A water hose with filter is included, as are sewage lines. Feel free to reach out to myself, or ask a campground employee for more assistance.
Q.
What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We understand vacations come with lots of variables. As long as you are communicative, we do our absolute best to make the trip as seamless as possible for you. Pickup and drop-off times are normally very flexible.
Q.
Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
The less weight in the camper while towing the better. Try it to keep most luggage and accessories in your vehicle while on the road. Additionally, If you aren’t used to traveling with a camper, try to make sure you plan your stops carefully in and out of parking lots so you don’t end up stuck somewhere you can’t get out. Otherwise, it is very light and well designed for travel. Take wide turns, brake early, and don’t forget to rest if you need, remember, you have beds back there. :)
