Please treat the RV with the same care you would give a home you love. No smoking or vaping inside the trailer at any time. Pets are welcome when approved in advance, and any pet-related cleaning or damage fees are the responsibility of the renter. Only registered guests may stay overnight, and please keep noise levels respectful at campgrounds or parks. If the RV is being towed, only a properly rated tow vehicle and hitch may be used. Please confirm weight ratings before departure. Drive slowly, take wide turns, and avoid sudden stops or rough terrain. Tires, brakes, and suspension are designed for steady highway travel, not off-roading or fast maneuvering. If you are ever unsure about a route, campsite entrance, bridge clearance, or tight road, stop and evaluate before proceeding. Safety first! If you are booking a delivered and fully set-up stay, please do not move or adjust stabilizers, jacks, slide-outs, utilities, or hookups without contacting me first. Slide-outs must be operated on level ground and never forced. Power, water, and sewer hookups must be used exactly as instructed. If weather becomes severe, please close the awning and avoid operating slide-outs. Awnings are fragile and can easily be damaged by wind, storms, or leaving them unattended. The RV should be returned in reasonably clean condition. Please wash dishes, remove trash, wipe down surfaces, and return furniture and items to where you found them. Any spills, pet messes, or accidental damage should be reported right away so we can help before something becomes a costly repair. No climbing on the roof and no placing heavy items on counters, sofas, or beds that could tear fabric or damage seams. If something stops working, leaks, seems unusual, or makes you uncomfortable, reach out immediately. There are no silly questions when it comes to RVs!
