5Mary and Hal are great hosts! They explained everything and answered every question we had. “Keiki” was also well equipped with everything we needed and more. We had one of the best trips at the Mogollon Rim. Will definitely book with them again! Thank you!

5Hal and Mary are wonderful hosts! They are extremely thorough with instructions and making sure we were comfortable with how the rv functions before the trip. We had zero issues and really felt at home in Keiki! We will absolutely be renting from them again.

Frequently asked questions
Q.
What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We are very flexible with pick up / drop off times, especially in the summer as key exchanges are more pleasant during the cooler parts of the day. Please understand, at times, that may not be possible, do to rentals either the day before, or the day after. Please message us with questions.
Q.
What's included in your Fly-In Package Add-on?
A.
Due to high demand, we are introducing our “FLY-IN PACKAGE"!!! Are you flying in for your adventure? For only $150 we bundle 2 way airport transportation (pick up and drop off to match your flight plans), our extra bedding package add-on, 2 extra towels and hand towels, and a case of bottled water. After we meet you at the airport curb, we go to a nearby Walmart parking lot for orientation, and key exchange. After which you are free to purchase your favorite groceries and begin your adventure.
Q.
How do the electric, water and sewage hook ups work while setting up at the campground?
A.
After your booking is confirmed, we will provide you a guidebook which covers the RV in detail. At the key exchange, we will instruct you on each of these. Also, we have a YouTube channel where we have video instruction. Search YouTube for: "rentrv az". We have created these short videos and a playlist of other videos which will help familiarize you with Keiki and driving a motorhome. Keep in mind, the RV featured is not Keiki but most of the same principles apply to her.
Q.
Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
We are so glad you asked!! Yes, there are some very "Keiki" specific tips and tricks. To help with learning about Keiki, we have created a digital guidebook which goes into great detail on all the systems, camping setup, driving information and much more. We believe this guidebook will answer most of your questions regarding Keiki and we will be using it during your orientation.
