After having rented trailers of off all the major rental apps/sites 20+ times, this was by far my worst experience. When I picked up the trailer it was not in the same condition as the photos. It was much more beat up than it appeared in the listing. The trailer was dirty inside and had damage in multiple places. When I got the unit home to load up, I began filling up the freshwater tank and attempted to top it off. Under the trailer there was a hose that was leaking a significant amount of water, and not the valve to empty the tank. I called the owners before I left town (for a 7day dry camp) and they ensured that it was just the overflow on the freshwater tank. By the time I got to my camp the tank was at below 1/3 which doesn't do me much good on a LONG dry camp trip. Next when I picked up the unit the propane was completely empty. Normally when I have rented in the past the tanks are returned full so the next renter is expected to do the same. When I got to camp and set up the trailer smelled a bit sewer-ish. I opened the windows to air it out all night before i called it a night. At 3am I was awoken by the carbon monoxide detector going off. After air out the camper again and looking over the trailer I found that one of the knobs on the stove was left wide open so the propane I had filled up had been pouring out the whole day and night into the trailer. This unit has solar panels and not one day would the battery hold a charge to even barely turn on the LED lights. So, no lighting or power to the trailer was possible without running the generator. The battery was so low that the generator would not even start with its switch or remote, EVERYTIME I needed the generator I had to manually pull start it. The refrigerator did not cool off the entire trip (another huge problem on a 7day dry camping trip) which was not expected and caused the need for multiple trips into town for ice. One of the tires on the trailer has heavy balding on the inside which I called out to the owner at pickup, luckily it held and the spare wasn't needed. Overall, the trailer needs a lot of work and fixing before anyone should consider renting this trailer. Upkeep on these trailers is a must and this particular trailer seemed neglected.

Great trailer for our trip. Trailer had a lot of room thanks to a well position slide out in the kitchen area. Also the garage area had enough space for our 2019 Rzr Turbo 4 seater l. Only put a 4 on mechanical because I think it needs a new battery. After running the generator for a few hours before bed, the battery would die over night to where the generator wouldn’t start. Thankfully it had a pull start on the generator so we were able to get it running when needed. Would definitely rent the trailer again.

Great trailer, the slide out for the kitchen creates the perfect lay out with a lot of room. Also, garage area fit a 4 seat 2019 Rzr turbo. Parker was a great communicator and very responsive to any questions I had. Only put a 4 on mechanical because the battery likely needs replacing, it didn’t last through the night when the only thing running off of it was the fridge. The generator does have a pull start so I was able to get it going when the battery died and run it as needed. Definitely will be renting from Parker again.
