The RV was being advertised with pictures of it from 2018 when it was new, not current pictures. When I went to pick it up I had already made a reservation for a month, and I had my mom waiting for me to pick her up to go on vacation where I already had my own RV. The outside of the RV looked like it got washed with acid with the paint running everywhere. The inside looked clean, but extremely damaged. The pictures online had a brand new couch, but this couch was very worn and torn everywhere. We had to through a blanket over it to hide it. The walls had stains and wholes on them. The experience was so bad that my family stopped staying in it. I asked the owner if I could return it 11 days early and get the difference back and he agreed at first, but then changed his mind and I was only returned a portion of the insurance paid from Outdoorsy. I asked him if he could please refund the difference and he said he had to cancel another reservation so now he doesn't want to after first agreeing to do it. The RV was returned in the same condition so there was no other reason for him to deny returning the 11 day difference for the rental. Overall, this was a bad experience and I don't think I'll ever rent through Outdoorsy again. It seems everything is left up to the owner of the RV to decide and its way too easy to get ripped off or catfished!
