The overall experience was amazing. Cristina and Herwis have done an amazing job with this RV. From all the amenities to supplies we found our first RV experience to be both a joy and surprisingly homely experience. They were great with communication and worked with us coordinating times for pickup and dropoff. We hope to do this again soon and loved our first RV experience with Big Thor!

Had the Rv delivered to the Homestead Miami Racetrack and was a painless and enjoyable experience. The RV was in great shape, had all pots, pans, silverware, dishes, sheets, blankets etc! There were 5 tvs and outdoor fridge and sink and flattop grill! We couldn't have been happier with the THOR! I would highly recommend this RV!
