Towing is at the risk of the renter. -If vehicle is damage during rental and unable to be driven back to return location on the contract. Renter is responsible for all charges for Premier Luxury Sprinter Vans Rentals to pick up and retrieve the van. -If the vehicle is abandoned during the rental and not returned to the location on the contract. The renter is responsible for all extensions to the reservation, all charges for the retrieval of the van, and any damages done to the van. The renter is responsible for any oil changes, adding diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) and any regular maintenance to the vehicle over 5,000 miles of starting odometer reading. No drives throughs and parking garages due to the height and length of the vehicle. Cancellation Policy: Cancel 14 days before the start of the rental: 50% of the booking total is refundable (you pay 50%) Cancel on or after 14 days before the beginning of the rental: 0% of the booking total is refundable (you pay 100%) The service fee, and the tax you pay on it, are not refundable. The insurance and other taxes are. Note: If you still owe some toward the booking total at the time of cancellation, you’ll need to pay the remainder If renter has rented a vehicle that has 4 wheel drive. By no means can the renter use the 4x4 feature in the vehicle. If they do and damage the vehicle the renter is fully responsible for all damages.
