What’s included?

Though our camper does have beds, the rental does not include sheets blankets pillows pillowcases or sleeping bags we recommend you bring those. Our camper has a kitchen and includes basic pots and pans, cooking utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. We suggest that you bring paper plates disposable cups and silverware. Our camper has heat and AC on board but you may also want to bring a small tabletop fan for times when you want the windows open, but need some air circulation. The Camper has full hook ups and requires a 30 amp service if you wish to run the AC. There is a 12 V battery on board for dry camping but when you are dry camping off battery power the outlets, the air conditioner and the microwave will not work. The propane tanks will be full. You may use the propane in the tanks as part of your rental. We recommend that you bring flashlights or a lantern those are not supplied by us. You may want to bring a cooking grill, the camper will get very hot inside if you do all your cooking on the stove or oven. The refrigerator on board operates on electricity or Propane but we suggest that you bring a cooler with ice if you're camping for a long stay as the refrigerator is fairly small. There are plenty of cabinets for dry goods and food storage. The camper does have a small TV Upon request. The camper does have a TV antenna which allows the TV to pick up some local channels. Some camping areas offer cable TV; our camper does have a cable TV jack as well. There is plenty of storage for toys, folding chairs, and all your camping items. Our awning is manual not electric and supplies very nice shade for sitting outside. There will be a folding table in the camper which works nicely outside under the awning. Feel free to contact us with any questions; I am sure you will enjoy the camping experience in our Summerland 2600. We love to hear about your travels so there is a camping experience book on board. Don’t hesitate to leave a message or pictures of your experience!

Chuck and Cindy were very nice and helpful. The camper was clean and as pictured. It was my first time using and rv. What I learned is that you can not use the water very much. Our tanks filled up 2 times. Overall it was a great experience.

Both chuck and Cindy were very kind and forward thinking about our trip. They communicated thoughtful info to make the trip easier The trailer was in good condition and bad everything we need to make an inexperience renter comfortable. They were ready for meat pickup and drop off. Chuck gave a thorough orientation and was able to answer any questions pretty simply.

I have no qualms recommending them.
