2015 Crossroads Elevation

I cannot say enough good things about my first rental. Cathy and Sean went out of their way to give an exceptional experience. They even made sure that we had it in time to escape a hurricane even though they had just returned from a trip themselves. They delivered it and set it up; doing all of the leveling, hook-ups and even put out the welcome mat! They were always on hand to answer any questions that we had. We locked ourselves out and they drove to meet us halfway (we were 2 1/2 hours away) to drop off another set of keys. Pick up was just as easy. It is not often in these times that you come across customer service at such a high level; but when you meet Cathy and Sean, you will understand. They are amazing hosts and great people. I highly recommend!!!
I would like to mention that working with Outdoorsy was also very simple. I admit to having been skeptical at first. I found this site on the internet and to be quite honest was a little afraid of how it might turn out. But, I will gladly do it again. Costs were as stated, with no surprises. The billing and refund of the deposit all went without a hitch. Overall, just a really good experience all around.
