Perfect teardrop for our trip to Glacier!

Andrew H.

June 20245

I've been thinking about buying a teardrop for a while now, but my wife was on the fence. So, this trip was an experiment to see if this was for us. It was a success. My wife is all in now.
Our experience was great. Molly and Matt are fantastic. Molly was communicative and responsive leading up to the trip. Matt walked me through the trailer in detail at pickup. They we were great to rent from. They are fun, helpful, and vested in us having a good experience. They are great people, it was kinda like seeing old friends.
The trailer was perfect for us. When we are camping we want to be outside, and with this trailer you still feel like you're camping. However, we camp a lot in grizzly country (including on this trip), and the hard sides provide a level of security that we appreciate. Basically we slept better because the trailer feels secure. It also makes your trip more convenient. Our set up and take down time were dramatically reduced. It was easy to lock everything up while we were off for a hike or down by the lake. We did our cooking out of the galley and it again, made set up and clean up much faster. Molly and Matt have added a bunch of little details to make the trailer feel cozy.
If you are wondering, the trailer is easy to tow. It is small and light enough that one or two adults can move it around when it is disconnected. So if you are unsure about things like backing into the campsite, or trying to line up the trailer and your hitch, its no issue. You just need to get it close to were you want it and you can adjust the trailer into the right place.
Overall, we had a great experience. In fact, during our trip my wife was already planning out the next time we'd rent the little guy from Molly and Matt.
