Great Stay at Unicoi State Park! Overall Experience: We had a wonderful 3-night stay over Easter weekend in Helen. The host made the process incredibly easy—the unit was already hooked up to water and electric, unlocked, and ready for us the moment we arrived. Communication was simple and straightforward, which I really appreciated. Space & Privacy: Though it sleeps 8, it was a dream for 3 adults. The layout offers excellent privacy; both the back bunk area and the main bedroom have actual doors. We used the pull-out sofa and the bunks (which are large enough for an adult), leaving the dinette as a dedicated eating space. The interior feels very bright and open thanks to the large windows and ample lighting. Storage & Kitchen: The storage is a huge plus. We were able to tuck away all our bags and totes to keep the space clutter-free. The "Trip Saver": The large fridge and tall pantry were amazing. We were actually able to store food for our friends who were tent camping nearby! Kitchen Features: The gas stove is powerful and efficient, and the large single-basin sink with the extendable hose made cleanup a breeze. Note on the Fridge: The handle is broken, so you have to press the clips with your fingers to open it. It gets a bit tough on the fingers by day three, but it functions perfectly otherwise. Appliances: It’s well-stocked with a microwave, oven, toaster, and a traditional drip coffee maker (bring ground coffee, not pods). Bathroom: The bathroom is a great size. I’m 5'11 and could stand comfortably in the shower. It has a paddle-flush toilet, a vanity with a mirror for your essentials, and its own dedicated exit door and vent. A/C & Power Tip: The A/C works incredibly well. Quick Tip: If you hear beeping or the power trips, ensure you switch the electric from 30-amp to 50-amp. Once we did that, it ran flawlessly. Outdoor Features: The outdoor kitchen is a standout feature with its own sink, mini-fridge, and slide-out prep table. When the Georgia weather turned into a "monsoon" overnight, the easy-to-use awning kept all our outdoor furniture perfectly dry. Condition to Note: This trailer is well-loved and shows some typical wear and tear: The entry stairs are quite worn; I'd recommend bringing a small outdoor mat to help keep dirt from being tracked inside. The laminate near the sink is starting to peel, so just be mindful of keeping that area dry. A few windows have tension string issues, but the ones that do open provide great lighting. Final Verdict: Despite the minor wear, this is a comfortable, spacious, and very functional unit. The host's "keep it simple" approach made for a very relaxing holiday weekend!

Host was communicative but the camper was dirty, the faucets leaked, we could not use the toaster or coffee maker because they were filthy.

Great trip in a great space. Would have been more comfortable if the trailer was cleaner and more organized. Required a lot of additional cleaning on arrival.

In terms of effectiveness it was all there, but the biggest set back was cleanliness.
