Welcome to the perfect family RV with the ability to sleep 9 comfortably. There's a king size bed in the master. The second room with one bunk and a pull out couch has plenty of room for clothing storage. There's also a loft with a queen size mattress. With a full size fridge and large pantry you'll be able to easily store food for a full week. There's a mini fridge for easy access to snacks & drinks while hanging out by the fire. We have an outdoor shower for after a long day playing outside and a washer & dryer (when on full hookup) in case you need it. There's an electric fireplace for the chilly nights and the A/C works great for the warm days.Because our family has allergies and we do use this rig for our own vacations as well, we ask that you leave your pets at home or in your personal vehicle, not in the camper at all. Thank you for understanding!What's includedWe provide basic pots & pans, a can opener, some serving utensils, cups, bowls, plates and silverware. Also included are 4 outdoor camp chairs, 2 hotdog/marshmallow sticks and fresh bed & bath linens.Please bring your own hygiene products (shampoo, conditioner, etc.).
Other things to noteIf you use any dishes we ask that you clean them all when you are done with your stay. We will provide dish soap & a sponge.NO SMOKING or pets in the rig at all!
Please take good care of the rig as there will be extra charges if anything is destroyed or rules are broken.

Q.What flexibility is there for delivery drop off & pick up?
A.
I work 2nd shift Monday through Friday so for weekday drop off & pick up, delivery would be best in the morning or early afternoon (depending on your destination location). There may be exceptions to this depending on the day so feel free to message me and ask.
