Let the 40CRS Cedar Creek Cottage destination trailer be your beach vacation getaway. With triple slides, and plenty of space to entertain a few guests, you will immediately feel at home.As you enter through the main sliding glass door, to the left is a slide out featuring a free-standing table with four chairs and two additional lounge chairs. The sofa is located along the rear wall. There are convenient end tables on either side of the sofa for your things. The second slide in the main living area has an entertainment center with fireplace, and also contains the kitchen appliances. Here you will find a microwave oven, a three burner range, and a refrigerator. In the middle of the kitchen you will find an island including a double sink. There is additional storage available in the closet or overhead cabinets along the interior wall.Beyond the kitchen area heading toward the front find a complete bathroom with a toilet, shower including seat, medicine cabinet, and sink.The bedroom is very spacious featuring a king bed slide out, shelves, and overhead cabinet. Along the front wall there is a wardrobe, a bit of closet space and drawers. Across from the bed there is a dresser which provides additional storage, and so much more!*** When selecting insurance type, please select this camper is stationary. You will not be permitted to tow it. *** What's includedLinens are provided for all beds including pillows. Bath towels, wash cloths and kitchen towels are provided. There are outdoor rugs, camp chairs and more. Bathroom includes a spacious shower and storage for all of your personal items. We provide toilet paper specifically made for RV's as any other paper can damage the holding tanks. Please do not throw any feminine products, paper towels, flushable baby wipes or any other products in the toilet. Delivery within 25 miles is included with the rental. Delivery exceeding 25 miles incurs an additional fee of $4.50 per mile that will be calculated upon approval. Awning is not available for use - any tampering with the awning will result in losing your entire deposit as well as any costs to repair. We have provided a 10 x 10 pop up canopy to be used in its place. However, if camper is not occupied, high winds, or storms develop - it must be collapsed. Renter takes responsibility for replacement if used and any damage caused by the canopy. Canopy is NOT to be secured to the camper - there are stakes provided to secure in the groundRecommendationsRenters are responsible for reserving / paying for campsite. This is a 42 ft camper with 3 opposing slides, you need a minimum of 42 foot campsite. NOTE: We are NOT responsible if the camper does NOT fit on the site and will NOT attempt to put it on a smaller site.**50-amp service required**
