This baby is a gem! She has original counters, sink, and the seating is soooo comfortable! I updated a few things to make her “fresh and clean” but really kept the feel of the 80’s inside her. She was garaged most of her life so she has little to no rust. I’ve aptly named her “Cookie” as she looks like a perfectly cooked chocolate chip cookie! This girl only has 66K miles and is spacious and clean. She drives great and is rugged and tough! The awning is brand new and adds just a perfect amount of shade. She’s boasting a beautiful interior that was newly renovated and redesigned. The beds are two Double size beds and super comfortable. I provide linens and blankets. You may also collapse the dinette for a small day bed space or a small child’s bed. A/C works great when plugged into electricity!! Fully functional kitchen with microwave (when plugged into electricity). Hot water is hot! hot! hot!! I’ve cooked many meals in her and there are condiments, cutlery, plates, insulated coffee mugs, bowls for all of your meal needs. Bathroom with toilet and sink (I don’t use the shower just so I don’t waste precious grey tank space which is used for all sink debris), and ample grey/black tanks and a 30 gallon fresh water tank! Also a 50 gallon LPG tank! She’s a great rig and ready for your next festival or camping adventure.This is not a 4 wheel drive or high clearance vehicle. Under no circumstances should the vehicle be driven on off-roads, closed roads, or restricted roads. Doing so will be a breach of the service rental agreement. The renter will be held responsible for any damage to the vehicle that results from misuse including driving on unpaved or unmaintained surfaces.What's includedLinens, pillows, towels, plates, bowls, utensils, and condiments, basic cooking supplies included! Recommendations• Use the silver window blackouts (in shower area) for cooler interior space (put them in the windows with a snug fit top and bottom) and to darken the space for comfortable sleeping.Other things to noteCookie gets approximately 8 mpg, not unlike any other 11,00 lb RV, this equates to 176 miles to the tank.

This RV, named Cookie, runs best at 60-65 MPH and she uses less gas that way too! Please be aware, her height INCLUDES an air conditioner unit on top, so she is approximately 10’ 10” tall and 7'10" wide, so please pay attention to low bridges! Gas tank fills to 28-29 gallons at a time, keep pumping even after the auto shut off at the pump, her tank is big! Since she is an “older” more classic rig, all units work—just need to be patient. When you turn the LP (liquid propane) on, wait, it takes a minute or two, or three for the gas to fully fill the lines before turning on the stove or furnace. But she works GREAT!
