Beautiful 32 foot travel trailer. 2018 Sunset Trail. This camper has the ability to sleep 9. It has a queen bed with upgraded memory foam mattress in separate bedroom. It also has a couch that pulls out to sleep 2 and a kitchen dinette that can sleep 2. The bunk room has its own door and has 4 bunk beds for the kiddos and one of the bunks converts to a small table. Our camper has a kitchen which is stocked with most utensils that you will need through out your trip. It also has an outdoor kitchen with stovetop and mini fridge. Keurig included. It includes towels. Linens can be added for fee. We are drop off only at camp site within our area. Also has outdoor shower. Any questions, just ask!
Delivery is $150 within 25 miles.
Delivery is $200 within 25-50 miles.
Delivery is $300 within 50-100 miles.
Holiday weeks are higher.
We do not rent to Cades Cove or Elkmonte.

Hi! We are married and have 3 children who can’t get enough of camping. This kept our family afloat while Lakin went through chemotherapy in 2021 and couldn’t thank this community enough. We love camping especially at the beach and are excited to share our RV with you all. We lived in it while building our dream house so it’s very spacious.

Owners were great. Setup was done and had a very welcoming feel. Good size unit for 5 of us The mid range rating is due to cleanliness. RV was pretty dirty when we arrived. Nothing we couldn't clean up in about 30 minutes but not what we expected. A quick wipe down would've made a huge difference. Microwave, stove, and air conditioner vents were dirty. Bathroom vent van also full of dust.

We rented the camper for two weeks July in Pigeon Forge. Shelton did a great job setting up the camper on the camp site lot. He was very responsive in having the air conditioner quickly. I would rent from Shelton again.
