Everything was wrong, meeting place was changed last minute, really far away from the first because they knew they couldn't rent their vans so far from the airport, owner sent his sister to meet us, no tour of the van because he knew nothing was working as advertised(inverter, portable toilet, fridge, solar pannel, and more) gas tank close to empty, back tires( propulsion van) almost bald when Outdoorsy clearly states that tires must have at least 50% of thread remaining, mold in the cooler, nasty van inside and out , rain coming from the top directly on the driver seat, had to buy construction tape and do it myself, DEAD BIRD UNDER THE BED, so dry that the head fell off when we tried to remove it, so yeah terrible experience with the van owner, no room for discussing discounts and refunds, they also have 4 other vans, I can imagine what they look like...
