"Big Bertha" loves family adventures, trips with friends, weekend get-a-ways or roaming the countryside! Not enough time to travel? Just park with Big Bertha to reset your spirit...reconnect your family ... get your kids away from the video games and technology ... you decide what, where and why. Coming in from out-of-town? You may want to choose one of our linen packages. We don't just replace the sheets, we sanitize, the mattress covers, pillows, blankets, towels - everything! We offer a full linen package - everything for every sleeping area; or 1/2 that for smaller parties. Often, we can be flexible for pick up and drop off times.
We truly want you to enjoy every minute on your trip!
Please enjoy our family-friendly RV that's big enough for up to six people. Kitchen is "cook friendly" with extras available, upon request (kitchen gadgets, spices, etc.) Comfortable, roomy and easy to drive too! We're located in Newport News, Virginia close to area campgrounds. Few are a few hours from the Eastern Shore of Virginia or DC and a short drive to Williamsburg, Busch Gardens and other great destinations.What's included• Pots and pans

• Sleeping bags (2)RecommendationsI highly recommend visiting the Eastern Shore on at least one of your trips! Camping at North Landing is wonderful! You can back into a site in front of our own personal deck overlooking the canal. Williamsburg is one of my favorite destinations. Busch Gardens and all the history! Other great places are Virginia Beach, The Great Dismal Swamp, the Virginia Aquarium and even fantastic art museums. All close to state parks (Kiptopeke, First Landing and more) as well as KOA and Holiday Travel Parks.Other things to note- 45-60 min for walkthrough, pick up & drop-off . If you're a novice it may take a bit longer.
- Smoking & vaping is NOT permitted in the RV- $50 fee
- Empty the black & grey tank- $100 fee
- Remove all trash - $10 fee
- Full tank of gas - $50 fee, plus the cost of the gas.
- Do not flush anything other than RV Toilet paper. If feminine products, wipes, diapers or other items clog the tanks, you will forfeit the deposit depending on the severity of the "clog".
