By confirming the booking, you agree to both these house rules and our privacy policy: Fuel: Please return the campervan with a full diesel tank, as it was provided to you. Failure to do so will result in refueling charges (€75 + fuel cost). Cleanliness: A cleaning fee is not included in the rental price, so the camper must be returned clean. If the camper is not returned in a clean condition, a cleaning fee of €120 will be charged. Additionally, the toilet cassette must be emptied and cleaned upon return; failure to do so will result in an extra €350 cleaning charge. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the campervan. If smoking is detected, a deep cleaning fee of €500 will be applied. Pets: Pets are only allowed with prior approval. A surcharge of €100 per booking applies. Please note, renting bedding is not possible when traveling with pets. Please ensure that pets do not cause any damage and do not sit or sleep on the seats or beds. Additional cleaning fees may apply. Pick-Up & Return: Pick-up and return must take place at the agreed location and time as stated in the rental agreement. A late return fee will be applied as follows: half a rental day for delays of less than 4 hours, and a full rental day for delays exceeding 4 hours. Prohibited Use & Occupancy Limit: The campervan may not be used for illegal activities, off-road driving, or towing. Do not exceed the maximum occupancy limit stated for the campervan. Personal Belongings: Jolly Campers is not responsible for any personal belongings left inside the campervan.
