3RV was a nice size and has a lot of great features for a family of 5. The Thor ACE is listed by many blogs as a top choice for small or midsize families. The allowance on mileage and generator use from the owner (200 miles/day and 6/hours a day) along with included utensils and coffee maker are great for reasonable daily use for a road trip and camping. Additionally, the owner was able to dump the RV for $200 because the dump station we wanted to go to was closed. They refueled the RV which they also charged us $200 for (we got the RV full and returned it 1/2 full) though I think this charge is excessive. We went over by about 300 miles which we were charged for as well. At least one of the charges (dump station) we paid on Zelle but I saw some charges through Outdoorsy for the rest. Another add-on we paid for was linens for $250, however, the owner forgot, claimed I didn't select them, then brought out linens he had available that weren't enough for all the sleeping area in the RV. Furthermore the owner was about 1.5 hours late in having the RV ready due to some repairs. I was a bit bummed that we were being charged $200 for gas when the owner was late and didn't have all the towels we paid $250 for. For our trip we drove to Tennessee from NJ and went to Dollywood, KOA campground, Luray Caverns, and Gettsyburg - some photos attached! The reason for my 3 star rating is as follows: 1. The RVs front passenger window frame is damaged and won't close which let in bugs including a wasp at one point. When we picked up the RV we didn't notice this since the owner had the curtain pulled over that window. This also resulted in significant wind noise while driving. 2. The bedroom door magnet is broken and continued to make noise and as the door swung as we drove which was not only inconvenient but we were nervous it would be damaged further. Ultimately, we had to use a suitcase to pin it shut. The owner seemed surprised that it didn't work but the magnet which holds the door shut had clearly been attempted to be screwed back in and also velcroed on. 3. The battery is in need of being replaced - to the owners credit they said I was OK to replace it at the autoshop (but the autoshop said they couldn't do it, so I returned the RV to the owner with the battery in the same condition.) The result was I had to use the emergency start multiple times, though toward the end of the trip it started with the main chassis battery. When we picked up the RV it was already running masking any issues with the battery (just as the curtain masked the issue with the window frame.) 4. Sewage smell is very strong in the RV - I don't recommend using the restroom unless you can dump immediately. 5. Overall lots of minor damage (though I didn't detract any stars for this) such as peeling counter tops, ripped cushions, and drawers that don't close.

5What an awesome experience my friends and I had. The RV is very comfortable and clean. It was very good on gas and driving it was good as well. I recommend everyone to book your next trip with any 2 of the RV’s available. The owners are very responsive to any questions and do a great job explaining everything that the RV requires.
