A 2019 36ft Heartland Mallard with 2 slide outs that sleeps 10 to 11 people depending on size. It has a bunkhouse with a tv to keep the kiddos entertained on a rainy day. The u-shaped dinette (which doubles as a full-size bed) is perfect for a sit-down meal with the family or play your favorite board/card games. The cozy love seat folds out to a queen size bed as well allowing enough room for two grown adults to sleep comfortably. While enjoying the nice A/C on those warm days and heat at night to take the chill off if necessary.
If you decide to come in for the night, you can watch your favorite Netflix series on the large tv that can be switched from the main living area to the master bedroom. The Kitchen has all of the upgrades needed to prepare any meal complete with a stove, oven, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, and refrigerator/freezer. Bluetooth stereo/cd system allows you to listen to your jams in or out of the camper.
As your day winds down, you can take a nice shower in the full-size bathroom. Speaking of showers, there is an outside shower for those times you need to spray the mud and dirt off before going in the camper. Outside, you will find an outdoor kitchen allowing you to keep the party out of your living quarters. The rig also has an awning to keep you and your items dry or just keep the sun off of you while you are sitting on the picnic table. Did I mention that the camper comes with its own grill that attaches to the rear bumper allowing you to utilize your outdoor kitchen to the fullest.
If you are looking for the perfect camper to spend time with your family, then this immaculate rig will give your family the lush glamping experience you are looking for. What's includedRig comes with brand new spare tire, bumper mounted grill, fresh water hose with filter and pressure regulator, black water clean out hose, 20ft discharge hose with elbow, two flat screen tv’s, plates, silverware, cups, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, gas stove/oven, refrigerator and freezer, outside refrigerator in outdoor kitchen, outdoor rug, 50amp electric cord, leveling blocks, a table for outside, and stabilization pads that go under the stabilizer arms. RecommendationsNOTE * * * *NOTE * * * * Outdoorsy's system has a flaw which they have yet to fix and that is their delivery and pick up fee. Currently, they only have it set up so that the renter is charged for delivery only and the only way to fix the glitch is for the renter to work with the owner on the delivery and pick up separately. If you are interested in renting my camper and need delivery and pick up, then we can work that out together. I charge $4.50/mile to deliver and $4.50/mile to pick up. I have it set in the system to charge you $9/mile which covers pick up and delivery. Again, their system only accounts for delivery. If you would like for me to set up and break down the camper, I charge $150 which can be paid separately at delivery of camper. Thank youBring sheets, pillows, chairs, wood (for fire), blankets, coolers, and a ton of snacks.Note: certain items can be rented for additional fees. Other things to noteNo smoking!!!! This means no smoking!!!! Anyone violating this rule will be charged $500+ to get smoke smell out. Plus an additional $500 for inconvenience. Along with "No smoking" inside of the rig, there is also a "No animal" policy. A [PRE] & [POST] inspection will be conducted by Owner and renter. Renter will be responsible for the mobilization of the rig to and from destination. *NOTE* {If renter does not have the means necessary to tow rig, depending on the time/day/distance, I would be able to accommodate for a fee.}Renter is/will be responsible for the rig and the contents of said rig to include any issues/problems that may arise/occur. Please contact me immediately if you notice or find something to be wrong/damaged/not working.*******{Outdoorsy does offer an insurance package for your convenience. I would check with your insurance company to see if you are covered to pull a camper so that you can save money.}Owner is not and will not be responsible for any/all negligence or accidents caused by renter or by another driver. Owner is not responsible for any damage caused to tow vehicle

I have a family of 6 which includes my wife, 3 daughters and my son. We live a very hectic life which involves sports and work. We love to travel and find time to spend as a family which is why we bought a camper. It allows us to have all the comforts of home away from home.
