This is our family's little piece of joy! It is small and light, but has everything you need for a perfect camping getaway!This trailer is perfect for 2 adults and 2 children (or up to 3 adults). It features a dinette that turns into a super comfortable queen bed, a sofa that slides into a twin bed and a foldable bunk (best suitable for children, weight capacity of 150lbs).Inside you will find a 2 burner stove, sink, wet shower, 3.3cu ft 2-way fridge, fantastic fans, furnace, USB ports and an AC (only operates when the trailer is connected to power). The electric awning provides great shade!The trailer requires a 7-pin connection with a break controller, we have a bluetooth break controller that can be provided if your vehicle doesn't have one. If you plan to dry camp, we can also provide you with a solar panel.The hitch height is 17'' and the hitch ball 2 in''. Please confirm that the vehicle you are using is compatible with that. For safety reasons your vehicle's towing capacity should be at least 2500 lbs.This trailer is used by our family. Please treat it as your own! Absolutely no smokingWhen you contact me for a booking request, please let me know where are you going, if it is dry camping or not, how many people, what car you are using for towing and whatever needs you may have!Check in and check out is 12 PM. I am flexible with times, but that must be agreed upon beforehand and extra charges for may apply if you need an earlier pick up and later drop off.Being a lightweight trailer, the tanks are small. If you are camping where there is no direct sewage connections (like any Ontario Provincial Park), we recommend you take advantage of the park's infrastructure or plan to dump mid-trip. The black tank will fill up in 1 or 2 days if it is the only toilet used by a family of 4. In our personal use, we leave the trailer's toilet for the night / early morning use and so far we've gone for about a week with no need to dump (2 adults, 2 kids). What's includedWe provide basic kitchenware (plates, cups, silverware, pans), cleaning products, paper towels and trailer-friendly toilet paper. Bring your own linens, pillows, towels and food. Other things to note1. Smoking of any type is strictly forbidden inside the trailer. Violating this will result in a $300 penalty
2. No pets are permitted in the trailer unless otherwise discussed with the owners prior to booking. Traces of pet hair, urine, feces, vomit or damage caused by a pet will result in a forfeit of part or all of the security deposit so that a professional cleaning company can be hired.
3. For a flawless operation of the black tank, only use the toilet paper provided or septic safe toilet paper, use one tab of digester (provided) and flush generously after each use. Other than that, only human waste is allowed, no feminine hygiene products, paper towels, tissues or wipes should be thrown into the toilet – use the garbage bin under the sink. Failure to follow these instructions can result in clogging and extra-charges to fix the issue.
4. Some damage may not be covered by the insurance hired through the platforms, such as interior or awning damage. In such situations, the renter will be fully responsible for paying for the damages.
5. To prevent awning damage, make sure to retract / close it when away from the campsite, in case of a storm or strong winds or when going to sleep. The renter will be responsible for any damage caused.
6. If the keys are lost or damaged, part of the security deposit will be used to replace them
7. The renter is responsible for dumping the black and grey tanks. Because we cannot dump at home and would have to drive to a dump station, returning the trailer without emptying the tanks will result in a $300 charge.
8. Pick up and drop off times will have been agreed prior to the rental start. Renter is expected to communicate any delay as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate the changes. We do reserve the right to charge $50 per delayed hour from the security deposit. No returns are accepted after 9PM, and in that case you would be charged for another night of booking.
