Brand new 2022 Sundance is perfect for your family vacation or romantic get away. We deliver and set everything up for you, all you need to do is pack your clothes and get ready to relax and have some fun.

The master bedroom is super comfy with a gel mattress topper and two small closets and a set of 4 drawers as well a under bed storage. The two bunk beds are oversized with gel toppers as well. There are USB ports available to each bunk so the kids can enjoy their games and movies. The sofa and dining table also convert into sleepers and all extra linen is included as well as gel toppers for those beds as well.
The bathroom has nice full size shower, toilet and vanity sink with mirror/cabinet. Full size and hand towels included as well as wash cloths. The kitchen includes a 4 burner gas stove/oven, large refrigerator with freezer. The kitchen is fully stocked.
We have dual AC/s to keep you nice and cool in the Florida heat. To keep you warm we have central heat as well as a cozy fireplace. Large Flat screen TV is located over the Fireplace. The storage closet has plenty of room for storage and groceries.
Enjoy the outside sitting under the large awning and includes outside grill and small refrigerator. Stereo and speakers for inside and outside listening pleasure.

Bedding includes pillows and all linens with plenty of extra.

If you are looking for something fun to do on the water:
Dunnellon Rainbow river for swimming, kayaking, tubing.
Silver Springs State park and Silver River.
Crystal River- fishing, swimming at the springs, great seafood restaurants.
Williston- Devils Den for diving and snorkeling.
