Joseph was great to work with and "Forest" (the travel trailer) was a solid rig. Pre- and post- trip communications were timely and clear and Joseph was quick to accommodate our schedule. The trailer was spotless when we picked it up and nicely outfitted. (And easy to clean, BTW.) The only things we added were a tea kettle for more convenient water heating when dry camping, a large bowl for salads and such, a light weight mat for outside the trailer door, and a fly swatter. We also put a memory foam topper on the bed and it was incredibly comfortable. Joseph took the time to clearly explain all systems and operations, and manuals were in the trailer as backup. Throughout our 2 week trip and over 3500 miles we used every system (AC, heater, hookups, awning, dumping, stove, sinks, etc.) and it all worked flawlessly. This was especially great as this was our first experience with this type of "camping." The twin axle trailer, with the weight distribution hitch, towed quite well behind our Ford Expedition Max. (Note that our MPG was about 50% of normal. And we also learned that for every planned 5 hours of driving you need to add another 1 to 2 hours...more experienced RVs likely know this already.) With the pandemic, the roads were extra crowded with RVs and trailers. And we had some radical roads to navigate when highways were shut down due to the wildfires in OR and CA. Highway 1 between Leggett and the CA coast is beautiful but not for the inexperienced towing driver! All in all, a great trip, a great trailer, and a great a great rental experience. Thank you, Joseph!

This trailer was available with short notice and the owner was very easy to work with. The trailer is kept exceptionally well, and was very accommodating for two of us. Easy to pull.

Fantastic experience, Joe was very helpful and accommodating for pick up and drop off times. Provided all the ins and outs about the trailer to make our trip was trouble free. Very nice and clean RV. Queen size bed was a little to short for both my wife and I but no big deal. Great Experience! Thanks Joe!
